Once your order has been placed, your dedicated Project Manager will initiate the next crucial step of the project and escalate it to the Installation Department who assign your project to one of our registered Installers team to arrange a Technical Survey on your behalf and run through your project plan, design and to carry out an extensive checklist to minimise any errors in the plan, if any.

At this stage you can also discuss any concerns you might have regarding your installation or any other factors which can affect the installation at later stage. Installers will check the feasibility of the plan and make sure your new kitchen, bedroom or bathroom fits as per plan.

Our Installation teams have years of experience and are registered contractors. Should you wish our sub contractors to do other supplementary works like electrics, plumbing etc rather than yours, simply notify your project manager who can get those added on to your works lists.
